Critical Issues :
U.S. students (K-12) frequently graduate without skills to compete in today's technology-driven world.
- Silicon valley K-12 students frequently lack access to needed technology tools and classrooms
- Students need K-12 teachers and schools that provide the opportunity for effective integration of technology and collaborative teamwork with everyday curriculum
- More than 3.5 million K-12 teachers in this country are not technologically literate
KCI's Role in Fixing Critical Issues:
- KCI's programs educate educators on how to best integrate technology into their curriculum
- Ongoing evaluation of current KCI programs indicates K-12 students have made significant measurable educational gains as a result of the skills K-12 teachers have learned at KCI

- Partner with local school districts
- Fundraising program to create:

- Secure funding for hardware, software and upgrading of facility
- Enhance and expanding Learning In New Media Classrooms (LINC) course offerings
