  2. Have you made sure your project will encourage active learning, higher order thinking skills (evaluation, analysis and synthesis) and a high degree of metacognition?
  3. Ask a critical friend to review your objectives and driving questions based on Gagne’s Events of Instruction, the Inquiry-based Learning model and Dale’s Cone.
  4. Begin to plan activities for your students based on Project/Activities Timeline—PreProduction, Production, and PostProduction. Make sure these activities are inquiry based AND will encourage active learning, higher order thinking skills (evaluation, analysis and synthesis) and a high degree of metacognition.
