Module 1.4 Using My eCoach

What is My eCoach?

My eCoach® is a Professional Learning Community that builds sustainable coaching and mentoring programs that allow anyone to learn, share, and connect at anytime from anywhere.

Users have access to curriculum builders, blogs, chatrooms, message boards, libraries of resources and much more!

We will be using My eCoach this summer and throughout the year for ongoing mentoring and coaching.   During the summer institute you will have assignments in My eCoach to help you get accustomed to using the tool, and to help you learn to use the resources available in My eCoach.  During the school year you will be expected to check your My-eCoach account weekly for mentoring and coaching help, ideas, etc. 

How to Log Into My eCoach

Task: Log into My eCoach and set up your account.

To get your My eCoach account set up and get started log on to:
http://www.my-ecoach.com/online/

  1. Click on Sign Up
  2. Read the Terms of Use and click on Agree.
  3. Fill out the online form and click on Sign Up.
  4. Where it says: ACCOUNT CODE REQUIRED enter EWYL

To log into My eCoach  (www.my-ecoach.com) you will need to use your user name and password. 

User name: (your email address)
Password: (your code)

 

Task: Do the Using My-eCoach tutorial.

Click this link [Using My-eCoach Tutorial] and work through the pages.

Read the Using My eCoach section and continue working through the tutorials in the left navbar under Content.
